加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3213M6是一款三軸加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，自帶放大器功能（IEPE）, 內(nèi)建靜電屏蔽，防噪防靜電，自帶4針M12接口和10-32的螺紋通孔，靈敏度100mV/g。
The Dytran 3213M6 is a low profile, triaxial IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer with built-in Faraday shield for electrostatic noise immunity, a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, a radial 4-pin Brad Harrison™ connector and a 10-32 thru hole mount. This unique configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of sensor installation.
Design of the model 3213M6 incorporates ceramic shear sensing elements, packaged in a robust aluminum housing. The series is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
