加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實(shí)現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個(gè)空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)，必須測(cè)得其三個(gè)坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的場(chǎng)合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來(lái)檢測(cè)加速度信號(hào)。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雙軸正負(fù)90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過(guò)校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測(cè)量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的場(chǎng)合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來(lái)檢測(cè)加速度信號(hào)。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點(diǎn)，可以測(cè)量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運(yùn)動(dòng)性質(zhì)。
美國(guó)Dytran的3053B是一款微型三軸加速度傳感器/振動(dòng)傳感器，壓電式工作原理，靈敏度10mV/g，自帶4針接口和黏貼安裝設(shè)計(jì)。
The Dytran 3053B is a rugged, low profile miniature triaxial IEPE accelerometer with a vertical height of 0.35 inches (8.9 millimeters) and an overall weight of 6.2 grams.
Offered with a 10 mV/g sensitivity, the sensor incorporates quartz shear sensing elements, packaged in a lightweight titanium housing, with an industry standard 4-pin radial connector and adhesive mounting capabilities. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and also case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
